A rapidly growing consumer brand in Manchester is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize all online sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. The successful candidate will manage daily trading, enhance product visibility, and utilize data for strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates will have over four years of e-commerce management experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for lifestyle or fitness brands. This role includes working cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with D2C or FMCG brands.
• Analytical and commercially minded, excellent data-driven decision skills.
• Expert in SEO, keywords, CRO, and online customer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trading across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
• Enhance product visibility through content optimization.
• Track KPIs and identify conversion optimization opportunities.
