Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience managing / leading a digital retail / ecommerce P&L.
• Full working knowledge of demand creation through Social and Paid Media.
• Natural born leader, who feels at ease managing a team.
• Great understanding of retail, e-commerce, and marketing businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand side of the P&L; manage revenue and marketing budgets.
• Lead eCommerce Trading and visual merchandising.
• Manage the Paid Media team to align on high-quality traffic.
• Support and challenge the Technology team for tool development.
