FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Dynamics Developer to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role with occasional travel to the client’s office in Solihull. The focus of this role will be on Dynamics Omnichannel with Co-Pilot studio (IVR and chat bot) to support an ongoing project. The role involves developing chatbots and a contact centre based on Dynamics with Co-Pilot IVRs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Azure Communication Service (ACS) and Event Grid. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance business processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of Dynamics applications.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of custom solutions within Dynamics, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices.
2. Integrate Dynamics with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
3. Customize and configure Dynamics applications to meet specific business requirements.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
5. Troubleshoot and support: diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics applications.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities.
7. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
8. Contribute to the growth of the Serco Complex Case Management team capability.
