A leading electrical construction firm is seeking a Business Central Systems Manager in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Dublin. The candidate will be the internal owner and expert for Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting implementation, optimisation, and customisation efforts. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, AL development, and knowledge of finance modules are essential. Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven AL development and customisation experience.
• Techno-functional background with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Commercial modules.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal owner and subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support and lead the BC Cloud implementation alongside the external partner (4PS).
• Develop and maintain customisations and extensions using AL.
• Provide ongoing system support, enhancements and optimisation post-go-live.
• Integrate third-party systems across finance, commercial and operational functions.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose system-led improvements.
