• Experience or background in youth work or special educational needs (SEND).
• A passion for supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentoring and small group support tailored to individual students’ needs.
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to track progress and implement support strategies.
• Deliver targeted interventions to support behaviour, attendance, emotional regulation, and social skills.
