Assignment Rate: £15.52 - 16.50 per hour (paid fortnightly)

4Leisure are currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in North London. This is a temporary, full-time position with an immediate start.

Role Overview

The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage incidents, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily operational management of the facility
  • Supervision and support of front-line staff
  • Ensuring smooth shift transitions and staff handovers
  • Monitoring and maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
  • Managing incident reports and administering first aid when necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and industry regulations
Essential Requirements
  • Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
  • Pool Plant Operator (PPO) Certificate (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience in pool operations
