Working across multiple departments, this Duty Manager role gives you the chance to work as part of the Food & Beverage and Front Office teams in our bustling hotel. You will be a hands‑on manager with experience of working within a busy Food & Beverage Department. You will be looking for a role that will allow you to continue your development from Junior Head of Department to a Senior Head of Department role.
As Duty Manager within Hotel du Vin you will be assisting in the smooth running of all customer‑facing departments – from working alongside the breakfast team during a busy check‑out period through to checking bedrooms with the Housekeeping Manager.
Experience in Guest Relations would be advantageous, as would an interest in what is trending in the local area around the hotel.
If you are successful in your application for Duty Manager you could be expected to progress to a Head of Department role looking after a single department and then onto a more senior Head of Department role within Malmaison or Hotel du Vin.
