Overview

Job title: Childrens Dual Registered Manager

Salary: Up to 75,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

Location: Southall, UB5 and Northolt, UB6

Our client holds a significant presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs. Recently achieving record Ofsted ratings across their homes, they aim for Outstanding across all homes. The role is to drive continued passion within two established homes in the Northolt and Southall area.

Responsibilities
  • Support staff to promote independence and encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community;
  • Advocate for the service users and ensure high standards of care and compliance within the homes;
  • Work across two established homes in the Northolt and Southall area to maintain and improve Ofsted ratings and overall service delivery.
