Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years driving at Category C+E (LGV) with a clean record.
• Demonstrable experience in a training or assessing role.
• Strong understanding of LGV regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management teams to identify training needs.
• Lead safety initiatives to create a safer work environment.
• Provide comprehensive driver training, including CPC training.
• Conduct the Group Induction for all new employees.
• Deliver BRC Quality Standards training.
