• At least 12 months recent Class 1 HGV driving experience.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Pay Rate: £42,742.39

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Northampton - NN4 7BN

Shift patterns: Rotational | starting between 4am-6AM

Week 1 - 4 days

Week 2 - 4 days

Week 3 - 5 days

We are looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Multi-drop delivery to different sites
• Between 6-8 drops per day, to and from branches and suppliers.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload products at customer locations
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with health and safety standards at all times, adhering to The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E)
• Driver CPC Qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 12 months recent Class 1 HGV driving experience
• Ability to drive articulated curtainsider vehicles for Class 1 HGV work
• Willingness to travel across the UK for deliveries to different sites
• Experience delivering palletized goods
• Occasional local loads (Friday night outs)
• Early start between 4 AM - 6 AM (12-hour working days)
• Participation in the 6 night out drivers scheme (optional)
