Overview

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a dynamic and committed Drive Site Operator to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an effective picking, loading, and inbound operation, ensuring optimal flow of goods and maintaining efficiency to maximize customer service delivery. You will work as part of a highly flexible and multi-skilled team, undertaking a wide range of tasks while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift to support warehouse operations
• Pick, load, and receive finished goods safely and accurately
• Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and site policies at all times
• Keep stock under control by following all safety and quality standards
• Take ownership of learning and development by engaging with the skills framework
• Monitor and report Health & Safety concerns using the Integrity system
• Support a positive and professional team culture on site
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Zero Loss activities
• Use Drive Site systems confidently, including SAP, Integrity, EWM, and other role-relevant systems

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License – essential
• Hands-on experience operating a Counterbalance forklift – essential
• Practical experience using SAP in a warehouse or logistics environment – desirable
• Previous experience in a Drive Site or warehouse operations setting
• Background in a strategic, target-driven manufacturing or warehouse environment, with performance measured by KPIs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to work effectively with team members and other departments
• Well-organised, reliable, and proactive
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve success

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotational shift basis and includes both day and night shifts as follows:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
