As the outward-facing ambassador of Poolhouse, the Door Concierge plays a critical role in shaping first impressions — even before guests step inside. Positioned at the threshold of the venue, you represent the brand to the street: projecting elegance, warmth, and professionalism to guests, passersby, and potential future visitors alike. Your presence should spark curiosity, convey confidence, and subtly entice onlookers, making it clear that something special awaits beyond the doors.

• Act as the external face and brand ambassador of Poolhouse

• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and posture at all times
• Acknowledge guests, passersby, and onlookers with confidence and discretion
• Project calm authority and approachability at the venue entrance
• Set a premium tone through elegant communication and body language
• Liaise discreetly with Hosts and FOH teams as needed
• Ensure the entrance area always looks intentional, tidy, and inviting
