Serco is seeking an experienced housekeeper to join our team. This role offers excellent working hours and career opportunities.

Main Purpose: To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in a Grade A Office Building in Belfast City Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Housekeeping Staff
  • Manage cleaning supplies inventory and stock control
  • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct audits as per contractual requirements
  • Ensure staff are trained, competent, and understand equipment usage
  • Utilize electronic management systems
