Are you a passionate Domestic Assistant looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Domestic Assistant to work in a care home based in Heckmondwike, Yorkshire.

Pay Rates : £12.45 - £14.70 Umbrella Rate

Information the Role : Successful candidates will be offered 30 hours per week 5 over 7, working pattern will be 08 : 00-14 : 00 or 12 : 30-18 : 30. Cleaning experience is required. You will be required to carry out cleaning duties and some physical care tasks for people with physical, visual or hearing difficulties under the direction of the Manager or senior staff member on duty.

What you will be doing :

• Following the direction of senior staff, carry out delegated tasks to maintain the building fabric, furniture and fittings in a clean and hygienic condition.
• Duties in kitchen and dining room such as assistance in meal preparation, washing up, laying and clearing tables etc.
• Operation of powered equipment, e.g. vacuum cleaners, floor polishers etc

As instructed by the senior member of staff, carry out care duties in a responsive manner appropriate to the individual needs of the service user. These will include washing and bathing, care of clothing, toileting etc.
