Looking for a high-quality, part-time role where your document skills are genuinely valued — not just tolerated at 4.59pm on a deadline day? This could be your sweet spot.

This is a Wednesday to Friday role, offering a grown-up hybrid setup and the chance to be part of a highly respected, collaborative team.

The role You’ll be a trusted expert within the DPC, delivering a responsive, high-quality document production service in a deadline-driven legal environment. Quality, consistency and client service sit at the heart of everything you do.

  • Producing, amending and formatting documents to an exceptional standard
  • Audio transcription using BigHand
  • Proofreading with a forensic eye for detail
  • Creating and formatting documents across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working confidently with PDFs (PDFDocs, Adobe, Kofax) including e-bundles and redactions

  • A calm, proactive approach — especially when deadlines loom
  • Outstanding attention to detail and legal terminology awareness
  • Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders, including partners
  • A genuine team mindset and a desire to keep learning

Hours Core hours: Wednesday to Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm
