A global law firm based in the City seek an experience document production operator to join them on a full time basis working 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.

Role Overview
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, producing a wide range of documents efficiently and accurately to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards of accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to support operational needs, including transaction support, pitch materials, and client-facing content.
- Provide troubleshooting and user support on templates, styles, and Microsoft Office functionality to internal stakeholders.
- Format and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences, including legal updates, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create event-related documentation such as name badges, speaker cards, place cards, signage, and presentation holding slides.
- Apply and promote consistent use of organisational branding and visual identity guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to document production standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Act as a professional, confident, and flexible team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver a high standard of client service, confidently liaising with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with all users of the service.
- Take ownership of internal and external queries, responding courteously and professionally, using appropriate communication channels to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide backup support to colleagues as required to ensure service continuity.
- Handle all information with discretion and confidentiality, escalating concerns appropriately.
Workflow & Coordination Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for document production workflow during evening operations.
- Monitor incoming requests, log tasks in the workflow management system, allocate work appropriately, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain agreed priorities and quality standards in line with senior coordination guidance.
- Escalate urgent or exceptional issues in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicate clear workflow updates and handover information to relevant team members to support continuity between day and evening operations.
- Contribute to seamless collaboration across teams, ensuring consistent service delivery.
