Document Controller - Main Contractor

London Bridge £35,000 - £40,000 + package + perks

A well-established, c.£50m turnover regional contractor is seeking a Document Controller to join their London Bridge office. This medium-sized contractor delivers new build, design & build, and refurbishment projects across London and the South-East, typically £2m - £15m in value.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation flow using Viewpoint and Field View
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, RFIs, submittals and technical documents
  • Ensure version control and timely distribution of information to project teams
  • Liaise with design managers, site teams and external consultants
  • Support project handovers with accurate and complete document sets
  • Track approvals and ensure deadlines are met for document submissions
  • Produce regular reports on document status for project managers
  • Assist with QA processes and compliance requirements
  • Provide training and support to staff on document systems
  • Uphold company standards for data security and document management
