A family-owned engineering company in the UK is recruiting for a Document Controller to manage documentation processes across various projects. This hybrid role requires experience in document management and proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems. Responsibilities include compiling manuals, monitoring documentation progress, and collaborating with Project Managers. We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller on behalf of a bespoke electrical and mechanical engineering company who manage the complete mechanical engineering process including design, manufacture and commissioning. They mainly work within Water Utilities. Operating over 35 years, they are a family owned organisation who have gained a reputable name within the industry for their high-quality work and excellent customer service. They have a client base which boasts some of the biggest names in the engineering sector. Mainly working within the Waste Water and Clean Water industries they provide a range of services including surveying through to design, fabrication, installation and implementation. The Document Controller will ensure document management best practices and principles are applied across all assigned Projects, rigorously, maintaining control and traceability of the documentation throughout all Projects phases. This is a permanent position paying £40k per annum. This is a hybrid role. You will be split across working from the office, working from home and attending site visits as required.
