A leading engineering and consulting firm is looking for a Document Controller to manage project documentation in Acton, London. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of documents, maintain filing systems, and support project teams. Candidates should have experience with EDMS systems, strong communication skills, and qualifications in Information Management or Administration. We work in the transport and energy sectors, providing consultancy, engineering and operations services for clients such as major airports, governments, regulators, cities and rail and road operators.
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth flow and organisation of project documentation. Working closely with the Document Controller Manager and design team, you will handle all aspects of documentation—registration, receipt, distribution, and issue. Your work will ensure the accuracy and compliance of all project documents, creating a well‑maintained and accessible project filing system. You will oversee the organisation, quality checking, and distribution of critical project files to ensure the team’s access to updated information and maintain efficient document control.
You will be based in our office in Acton, London 3 days a week.
