The role

As a Document Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our document management process, ensuring critical information flows seamlessly across projects that power the UK’s nuclear future. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on national energy security while developing your career in a dynamic and highly specialised environment.

Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:
  • Manage and maintain the document management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Receive and process inputs from engineering and project teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and guidance on document flow.
  • Transmit drawing specifications for nuclear power stations.
  • Investigate and organise historic documentation.

This is a permanent, full‑time role working 37 hours per week based in Leicester, Leicestershire. Hybrid working patterns are available, with a minimum of three days in the office.

Essential experience of the Document Controller:
  • Proven experience with document flow, configuration, and control.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
