Their team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Due to expansion of the Social Infrastructure Design team we are looking for a Document Controller. The role will be based in Kent however travel to the head office in Warrington once a month will be expected.
Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering, or similar industries. EDMS, SharePoint, and Aconex – experience with these platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
Strong ability to liaise with teams and troubleshoot document issues.
