The Doctoral Scholarship from the Paul Mellon Centre supports students embarking on doctoral studies in the field of British art or architectural history, or British visual culture. Projects may also focus on British visual culture understood more broadly, from the medieval period to the present day and across the spectrum of relevant geographical and cultural contexts.
