Job summary

A local government organization is looking for a Dm Manager to oversee the Development Management service in Guildford. Job Responsibilities
  • Shared responsibility with another Development Team Manager for all aspects of the Development Management service, ensuring alignment with service objectives
  • Accountable for the efficient delivery of services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement within the broader framework of corporate strategies
  • Actively contribute to the Council's corporate governance as a member of the Senior Management Team
  • Assist in the development of corporate strategy, plans, and targets
  • Support the achievement of the Council's overarching vision and strategic goals
  • Work with the other Development Team Manager and the Planning Policy Manager on exploring and securing innovative practices
