Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Divisional Maintenance Support Manager for our West Division where you'll play a pivotal role in aligning facilities management with retail strategy. This is a strategic role focused on driving performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across our store estate.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Retail Store Director to ensure FM activities enhance store performance and customer experience.
  • Govern FM contracts, ensuring compliance, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and embed Continuous Improvement initiatives across the estate.
  • Manage maintenance delivery, budgets, and minor project works through service partners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to drive strategic objectives.
Who You Are
  • A strategic thinker with at least 5 years' experience in retail FM or technical operations.
  • A confident communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A change leader with a track record of delivering sustainable improvements.
  • Organised and commercially aware, with strong budget and project management skills.
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused, with a passion for operational excellence.
