Disrepair Surveyor

Looking for an experienced and motivated Disrepair Surveyor to join our collaborative, values-driven organisation,تم where improving homes and ruang protecting residents truly matters.

This is a high-impact role for a surveyor who understands the realities of social housing and wants to play a hands‑on role in resolving disrepair cases, reducing risk, and delivering safe, decent homes. Youll be trusted to lead cases end‑to‑end, work closely with residents and legal partners, and ensure works are delivered to a high standard, first time.

The role

As a Disrepair Surveyor, you will take ownership of disrepair cases, providing clear technical direction and driving timely, compliant outcomes. Youll balance technical excellence with a strong customer focus, ensuring customers are kept informed and supported throughout works to their properties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the lead surveyor on disrepair cases, assessing defects, agreeing scopes of work, and maintaining accurate case records
