Disrepair Supervisor – South-West London

Salary: £27/h, Van and fuel card, Repairs and Maintenance

Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Disrepair Supervisor to join their team.

They are looking for a Supervisor who is experienced in overseeing Disrepair works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Disrepair and Maintenance works and supervise team members within Disrepair/Maintenance.
• Ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered to.
• Manage the commercial aspects of the supply chain to maximize leverage and operate seamlessly within the business.
• Demonstrate a firm understanding of the Schedule of Rates for Building Works.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience working in the social housing/local authority sector.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive approach to work and a proven track record for reliability and punctuality.
• Must hold a manual driving licence.
• Key Knowledge: Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledge; IT and Excel literacy.
