About the job Directories & Rankings Coordinator / Executive

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an Executive to work in collaboration with Business Development to manage the firm’s participation in key legal directories and award organisations.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the directories and submission process from end-to-end
  • Point of contact for directories and rankings within the firm, seen as a trusted advisor to marketing and business development colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the firm is well represented in directories and awards in priority areas
  • Firm profiles are up-to-date for all relevant directories consistent across channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with editors, and researchers at the legal directories to understand methodology
  • Assist with writing, reviewing, coordinating or editing directory submissions, awards or other content items
  • Coordinate with communications team to prepare and post press releases and website announcements for the firm’s directory rankings and awards successes
Experience
  • Educated to degree level with 3 years+ similar experience at a legal directory or law firm environment
  • Knowledge of directories, rankings, and awards in the legal industry
  • Impeccable attention to detail; strong written, verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent networking, advocacy and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, editorial and proofreading skills. Exceptional attention to detail is required
