Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is looking for an ambitious senior leader to be part of an integrated mental health & learning disabilities (MH&LD) system for the wellbeing of our communities and population. This role supports key operational teams to deliver for the population today, whilst working across the care group to define and develop our future models. As the post holder, you will provide visible leadership, direction, financial control and vision. You will be part of the Leadership Team for the MH&LD Care Group and you will be required to work with other operational Directorate Managers and senior corporate colleagues to enable our collective vision to be delivered sustainably for our population.
