Position Overview

You’ll join the as a Director in the Performance team leading the EU social/programmatic team and the output of one of our agency’s biggest skincare and healthcare clients, and be responsible for driving excellence in social media / programmatic marketing.

This is an amazing opportunity to head up a team of social, commerce and programmatic specialists, tasked with driving ROI and advancing the precision marketing efforts of this global brand. You will have a cross performance background, with a deep knowledge digital and biddable platforms, as well as a holistic thinker who can plan digital across Paid, Owned and Shared Media. You will be responsible for ensuring the team deliver against client business objectives, from planning through to reporting by working with your team of specialists and coaching them to deliver their best work as well as bringing in your knowledge of best practice and training them to think holistically. And you will have experience in driving and championing modern account operations, through automation and collaboration with offshore delivery centers to support your onshore team.

About You

You will be accountable for owning and leading the relationship with the EU performance lead, being a true business partner and helping them navigate modern digital marketing in a continuously disrupted landscape. You will be driving a high‑performance, agile culture, motivating and inspiring a team of hungry digital specialists in the pursuit of exceeding client results and expectations.

You will be highly analytical and comfortable making truly data‑driven decisions to help our clients drive significant growth by focusing on the right metrics and the right strategies.

Working Pattern

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in‑person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
