Job description

Beaverbrook is an iconic British luxury hospitality brand, comprising a celebrated country house estate set in the Surrey Hills and an elegant London townhouse in the heart of Chelsea. Renowned for its discreet service, culinary excellence, and highly personalised guest experiences, Beaverbrook occupies a distinctive position within the global luxury travel landscape.

We are now seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to act as a senior brand ambassador for both Beaverbrook and Beaverbrook Town House. This is a rare opportunity to represent two complementary luxury properties under one prestigious brand, driving long‑term revenue growth and brand loyalty within the international leisure travel sector.

The Role:

Reporting to senior leadership, the Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Beaverbrook’s global leisure sales strategy. With significant autonomy and influence, you will lead commercial growth across key domestic and international feeder markets, strengthening Beaverbrook’s presence among top‑tier travel advisors, luxury consortia, and strategic partners.

This role requires a strategic, relationship‑driven leader with deep knowledge of the luxury hospitality landscape and an established international network. Passionate about brand building and exceptional guest experiences, you will be instrumental in elevating Beaverbrook’s profile and driving sustained commercial success across both the resort and townhouse.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive leisure sales strategy aligned with Beaverbrook’s brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Grow and nurture long‑term, high‑value relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, and key leisure partners worldwide.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities by analysing performance data, market trends, and emerging feeder markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing MICE Sales Manager, ensuring revenue targets are exceeded and market share is grown.
  • Act as a senior brand ambassador, representing Beaverbrook at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities globally.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and events teams to ensure a seamless, best‑in‑class luxury guest journey.
  • Monitor competitor activity and customer insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver accurate performance reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all external communications and sales materials reflect Beaverbrook’s brand values and luxury positioning.
  • Undertake regular business travel across priority domestic and international markets.
Who you are:
  • A proven senior sales leader with a minimum of five years’ experience in luxury hotel leisure sales; MICE and group experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets within a competitive luxury environment.
  • An established international network within the luxury travel trade, including consortia and top‑tier travel advisors.
  • A confident, credible leader with experience managing, motivating, and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Commercially astute, strategic, and highly organised, with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Passionate about luxury hospitality, brand storytelling, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly, with a minimum expectation of one business trip per month.

In addition to a competitive reward, we are committed to investing heavily in your development and helping you grow a long‑term career with Beaverbrook.
