As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales and commercial function of the hotel, ensuring revenue growth across rooms, meetings & events, corporate accounts, and leisure business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will create and execute innovative sales strategies, develop key partnerships, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
Extensive MICE business which can facilitate up to 650 delegates and a dedicated conference centre.
This role is hybrid (office/appointments/agent visits) working Monday to Friday.
