Shape and deliver a forward-thinking People Strategy that aligns with corporate strategy, champions a people-first culture, and drives organisational performance and capability.

Lead cultural transformation and inclusion, enhancing employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing while fostering a high-performance, psychologically safe environment.

Inspire and collaborate at the highest levels, providing strategic leadership across the People function and advising the Executive and Board on complex people matters.

The Successful Applicant
  • Senior-Level People Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing, customer-focused People functions, with strong coaching skills and the ability to develop future leaders. Operating at senior management level or above with regular interaction and influence at Executive and Board.
  • Change and Transformation Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and delivering people and organisational development strategies in complex, change-driven environments.
  • Culture and Engagement Impact: Deep understanding of organisational culture and demonstrated success in improving employee engagement, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong business awareness, financial management skills, and the ability to use data and insight to build compelling business cases and influence at senior levels.
What\'s on Offer
