The Director of Partner Sales – EMEA is a driving force in executing and scaling sales performance through strategic partner relationships for Workiva. This leader will guide a team of Partner Sales professionals responsible for managing Regional Consulting and Global Integration Partners and their respective channel sales strategies.
You’ll leverage your extensive industry experience to implement and optimise the EMEA Channel and Alliance Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy, driving net‑new growth and cultivating new sales opportunities through the partner ecosystem. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Sales Operations to ensure programme success and achieve aggressive targets.
