First Choice Housing Association is looking for a Director of Digital Innovation & Business Improvement to provide strategic leadership for the IT function and lead the business improvement and digital innovation function, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The Director of Digital Innovation & Business Improvement will be responsible for developing and reviewing the corporate plan, business continuity strategy, and value for money strategy and take a risk‑based approach to protect FCHA’s ability to function.
The successful candidate joining the team will be an enthusiastic individual, with strong values that match those of the organisation. Candidates with a degree, or equivalent, in I.T, business, or a related field are welcome to apply. Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and having a strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and ICT strategy is essential. Standard full time hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours including generous time off in lieu arrangements. We also offer agile working with a blend of home/office working. A working from home allowance is also provided of £50pcm.
£78,486 – £94,806 per annum
