EYs HR M&A Transactions team (HR M&A team) is the leading HR M&A Transactions business in the EMEIA region. As part of the HR M&A team you will advise and support clients through the deal lifecycle providing a range of sell‑side and buy‑side HR advice to clients. Services range from HR due diligence HR integrations and carve‑outs and people strategies including people centric transformations.
For our fast growing Team we are looking for a candidate to join the HR M&A Team focused on providing full support for transaction services dedicated to our clients who are the biggest and most impactful companies across the globe. We are seeking to further expand our team with HR M&A Consultants who work across a range of sectors that include Private Equity, Digital and Telecoms. Youll advise clients across all sectors supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions using your intellectual guile and enthusiasm to apply your technical skills across the M&A and transformation lifecycle.
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers with a passion for HR and have a very strong attention to detail. Being a strong team player is critical with the ability to adapt to changing requirements or deadlines in support of our clients’ goals.
