Part of the EMEA Growth & Partner Marketing team, this role will play a key part in helping the team drive subscriber growth and revenues across our streaming services HBO Max. This leadership role is responsible for leading efforts to define the strategy for our subscriber acquisition across the EMEA region. This role is crucial to delivering against our growth targets and will be responsible for managing the overall marketing budget, delivering the gross adds forecast, working with the local EMEA marketing teams to collaborate campaign planning as well as campaign or title investment. You will be accountable for our media acquisition strategy and coordinating the media planning process to deliver on our gross adds, Blended SAC (as % of lifetime value), ROAS and revenue targets. Alongside this, your role is also to ensure we have the right creative and biddable campaigns to deliver the maximum return for digital spend.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and digital marketing. They will have a strong understanding of D2C marketing and will be comfortable with data analytics, financial models, budgeting processes and an eye for digital creative. This candidate will lead a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, collaborative, and learning from mistakes. The role is highly cross functional and will require collaboration with a large number of teams on a global level including Data Science, Finance, In-house Media Buying, Creative and Go to market teams.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
