A prominent PR agency in Greater London seeks a Director in the Digital practice to drive client satisfaction and lead digital strategies. As a Director in the Digital practice, you will play a key role in driving excellent client service and maximizing satisfaction for clients across the portfolio. You will provide senior support to the leadership of the Digital team, helping to manage the team’s work to deliver stellar programmes in online channels and oversee integration with the broader FH London business. Within your role you will take the lead on a number of digital and service offerings, being an advocate for them in FHF and the global network, looking to drive revenue though selling these in and building our expertise.
