A leading software development company in the UK is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead their global digital strategy. This role will oversee a team, manage the marketing budget, and drive growth through data-driven initiatives. Ideal candidates have over 7 years of B2B digital marketing experience and a proven ability to manage agency relationships. The estimated salary range for this position is £100,000 - £150,000.
The Director, Digital Marketing will lead our global digital strategy, driving measurable growth through data-driven, full-funnel marketing initiatives. This role oversees a team of digital marketers and agency partners to execute scalable campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and web. You will manage our digital marketing budget, optimize customer journeys, and leverage automation and AI to improve processes and performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll connect online and offline experiences, track pipeline impact, and deliver innovative strategies that generate high-quality traffic and demand.
At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is £100,000 - £150,000, but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
