Job Summary

This leading and busy property consultancy is looking for a Director or Partner-level Building Surveyor to join it's well-established andfriendly team.

Your mission ultimately will be to help them grow and diversify into different sectors. But there is plenty of work; a mix of professional (TDD, dilapidations, condition surveys) and project work, and an existing buildingsurveying team along with other departments and resource / support. It would be your job to help lead the team and deliver the work there, with one eye on the future to make new connections over time, help with recruiting more junior surveyors as well.

You do need to be able to demonstrate working at Associate Director / Associate Partner level already as a minimum, either leading a team or part of it, and be successful at what you do as a building surveyor in consultancy.
