Electrician – Join Our Direct Works Team

Are you a skilled Electrician looking for a role where your expertise truly makes a difference? At Cunninghame Housing Association, we’re passionate about delivering high‑quality services to our tenants and communities. Reporting to our Direct Works Manager and working as part of our Direct Works Team, you’ll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission, vision, and values while contributing to our strategic goals.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide an efficient, customer‑focused service by carrying out a variety of electrical repairs and improvement works for our Direct Works clients.
  • Undertake a programme of electrical inspections and testing within the Association’s housing stock, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.
What we’re looking for:
  • A self‑motivated and confident professional with a recognised electrical qualification.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of current legislation and health & safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated repairs team to deliver a first‑class maintenance and improvement service.
  • Competence in inspection and testing, with the qualifications required to certify work in line with regulations.
  • A full driving licence is essential for this role.
