Latham offers competitive pay with a $3 per hour weekend differential. Full‑time employees accrue 5 weeks of Earned Time Away in the first year. The differential applies to all weekend shifts.
Latham may provide temporary individual housing based on availability.
Up to a 5% employer match on the 403(b) retirement plan, available at the start of employment.
Childcare reimbursement after 120 days of employment.
Training opportunities to advance skills. Tuition reimbursement available after 1 year.
Benefits are available to full‑time or part‑time employees working 20 hours or more per week. Eligibility generally starts on the first day of the third month of employment or at open enrollment in July. Benefits are reviewed periodically and subject to change.
Earned Time Away accrues at five weeks a year and can be used for personal time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays. After one year, it increases to six weeks, after three years to seven weeks, and after ten years to eight weeks. Time is prorated for part‑time employees.
\Accrues at one week a year and may be used starting day one of an accident or inpatient hospitalization, or day six of an illness. Time is prorated for part‑time employees.
Accidental death and dismemberment coverage: $10,000 at no cost, plus a matching amount. Beneficiaries must complete a form.
Disability benefits: up to 60% of basic monthly earnings after three months of disability.
Health insurance: three plans through Health Plans, Inc. using the Harvard Pilgrim network.
Life insurance: up to $100,000 of coverage without medical questions.
Dependent care: reimbursement up to $3,000 per employee/family, prorated.
Dependent care assistance: pre‑tax payroll deduction for out‑of‑pocket medical and/or dependent care expenses.
403(b) voluntary plan with up to 5% match, 100% vesting day one.
Other benefits: 1‑year eligibility for up to $1,000 per fiscal year.
Dental and vision coverage as part of the group plan.
Short‑term disability up to 13 weeks.
High school diploma or GED; ability to handle children in crisis safely, with compassion.
