A nonprofit organization based in Liverpool seeks a Direct Intervention Team Manager. You will lead a team delivering safeguarding services, manage complex cases, and contribute to organizational strategy. Ideal candidates will have experience in safeguarding and a commitment to community advocacy. The position offers a salary of £34,500 – £38,000 and various employee benefits including 28 days annual leave.
Location: Liverpool (with travel as required). This role is based in our Liverpool office

Hours: 37.5 per week | Full-time, subject to funding

Direct Reports: Staff, volunteers, and student placements
