DIO are looking for an experienced Area Manager with extensive Total Facilities Management knowledge across a complex and challenging infrastructure estate. This role can be based at RAF High Wycombe, Andover or Sandhurst supporting a regionally dispersed team. There is a requirement for effective stakeholder management for multiple high‑profile customers.
The Area Manager oversees the management and delivery of Hard and Soft facilities management contracts and is accountable for delivery of services and high value infrastructure projects. They are accountable for effective management of site teams, continued delivery of operational requirements, maintaining statutory compliance of the estate and sustaining a collaborative relationship with the customer and industry partners.
