PURPOSE

We are seeking a Digital Styling Editor to join our dynamic Digital Styling and Photo Studio team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the styling direction for Burberry.com across Ready‑to‑Wear (RTW) on model, Still Life and Children’swear. You will develop seasonal styling concepts, elevate visual storytelling, and champion consistency across all digital product imagery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the Digital Styling team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Develop seasonal styling direction for RTW on model, Still Life and Children’swear.
  • Maintain and evolve styling guidelines across all Burberry.com categories.
  • Oversee daily styling briefings and ensure clarity across teams, including freelancers.
  • Guide RTW and Still Life sets, conducting midday and end‑of‑day styling reviews.
  • Partner with Digital Merchandising on seasonal walk‑throughs and product strategy.
  • Identify and test new products to prepare them for Still Life shoots.
  • Constantly innovate and push creative boundaries to optimise product imagery.
  • Attend weekly production meetings, allocating teams based on category needs.
  • Ensure styling consistency across the website and recommend improvements.
  • Align Virtual Showroom styling guidelines with Burberry.com.
PERSON PROFILE
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience styling luxury fashion across RTW, Still Life and/or Children’swear.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating on‑model RTW styling and complementary Still Life or Children’swear work.
  • Proven experience managing a team within a creative studio environment.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of overseeing multiple workflows.
  • Creatively driven with a strong understanding of photography and art direction.
  • Confident directing on set, ideally within luxury fashion.
  • Experienced in e‑commerce styling and digital content creation.
  • Flexible, communicative and deeply attuned to online customer behaviour and market trends.
