A creative production company based in Leamington Spa is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to enhance their production team. The ideal candidate will manage various print machines, ensure high-quality outputs, and support the collaborative workflow between teams. Key skills required include digital print production, proficiency with Adobe Suite, and strong organizational abilities. The role offers a dynamic work environment within a family-run business committed to quality and innovation.
40 hours per week (08:30‑17:00, Monday to Friday).
Location: Site-based, Leamington Spa.

Our studios bring together designers, makers, artists, and production specialists to turn ambitious ideas into beautifully crafted finished work.
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Digital Print Operator to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality print outputs, ensuring projects run smoothly from file preparation to final finishing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical print knowledge, confidence operating large‑format machinery, and the ability to stay calm, accurate, and efficient in a fast‑paced production environment.
As the Digital Print Operator, you will operate and maintain a suite of six production machines, including three HP DesignJet printers for digital art reproduction, two Mimaki UCJV printers for custom wallpaper production, and a Mimaki JFX200 Flatbed for printing onto a wide range of substrates such as wood, acrylic, metal, and glass. You will collaborate closely with the production, design, and framing teams to ensure exceptional colour accuracy, efficient workflow, and consistently high‑quality output across all materials.
