Job description
THE ROLE
  • Maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting across all acquisition channels
  • Supporting integrated marketing activity across paid and organic channels, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition
  • Attending weekly calls with agency partners, reviewing recommendations, and implementing agreed actions
  • Support the new affiliate programme, including identifying new publishers, onboarding partners, and tracking performance
  • Supporting the influencer programme, ensuring content goes live on time, reimbursements are processed, and performance is measured
  • Supporting agency relationships through checking listings and invoice management
  • Assisting the Digital Performance Manager with ad-hoc paid and organic projects to support wider department objectives

ABOUT YOU
  • Previous experience in performance marketing (agency or client-side) within a B2C environment
  • Experience across paid and organic media channels
  • Strong data analytics skills using Excel, with a high level of attention to detail
