Role Overview

We are seeking experienced clinical professionals to provide expert leadership and support in the implementation of technology-enabled healthcare solutions. This role will be central to embedding our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system and wider digital transformation projects into clinical practice, ensuring a smooth transition that enhances patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver clinical training programmes.
  • Contribute to the Group’s Digital Strategy.
  • Lead Nursing and Midwifery engagement in the ongoing design and rollout of clinical information systems.
  • Promote an innovation-enabled culture that drives improvements in patient outcomes.
  • Provide specialised advice to Nursing & Midwifery teams and across the Group to ensure IT transformation supports safe, effective patient care.
  • Support and undertake project work within the EPR team and independently, contributing to digital strategy initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of clinical policies and guidelines to underpin safe technology use.
  • Design and implement clinical training programmes, supporting professional development and maintaining high standards of care.
