Role Description

The London-based International Media Services team for Live Nation Entertainment is looking for a Digital Media Execution to join the team. You will work with the sponsorship and marketing teams across our international portfolio of websites, including festivals and venues, in over 50 Markets.

The International Media Services team is responsible for planning and delivering digital programmes for sponsors across multiple digital touch points including social media amplification, owned and operated ad network audience extension using our first‑party data.

This senior role blends hands‑on execution and team mentorship. You'll manage a small team of media buyers, guiding them through campaign setup, optimisation and reporting. You will also be responsible for creating best‑in‑class media plans that answer client objectives.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in digital media planning and buying. Ideally entertainment, music, or sports sponsorship and across multiple markets
  • Expertise of paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.) and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) a plus.
  • Knowledge of advertising operations, programmatic, advertising technology, optimisation practices, ad serving technologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience using Meta Business and Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google DV360.
  • Experience managing or mentoring media buying teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising multi‑channel campaigns with complex stakeholder needs.
  • Expertise within audience targeting, data‑driven optimisation, and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to translate campaign performance data into clear insights and storytelling for clients and partners.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Experience within other social media platforms a plus (Snapchat, LinkedIn, Discord etc.).
  • Experience using Google Analytics a plus.
  • Working in a fast‑paced international environment a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills

What the role includes
  • Translate sponsorship briefs into actionable media plans across social, programmatic, video and owned and operated platforms.
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics, DV360 and Meta Business Manager to provide in-depth analysis and actionable insights. Translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google DV360.
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure flawless delivery, optimal performance, and efficient budget allocation balancing profit and surpassing sponsor objectives.
  • Lead cross‑channel optimisation to ensure delivery in full and performance to benchmarks.
  • Supervise delivery of insightful campaign wrap reports with actionable recommendations for both internal teams and brand partners.
  • Lead the development of best practices in campaign execution, measurement and attribution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, providing strategic guidance and technical oversight.
  • Set priorities, review performance data, and ensure all campaigns meet delivery and reporting standards.
