You’ll steer our external partners to deliver high-quality execution across PPC, SEO, CRO, paid social, and affiliate marketing, ensuring our digital presence is optimised for traffic, conversion, and efficiency.

As the go-to expert on digital performance, you’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to optimise customer journeys and ensure our digital channels deliver measurable impact. If you know how to get the very best out of agencies and thrive on turning strategy into action, this is a chance to make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide agency partners to deliver high-quality digital marketing activity across PPC, SEO, paid social, influencers, organic social, affiliates and CRO.
  • Shape and oversee BAU digital performance, ensuring channels are optimised for growth, efficiency and customer experience.
  • Oversee CRO and website optimisation, using data and testing to improve UX and conversion.
  • Provide clear, insightful reporting and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and investment.
  • Monitor competitor activity and wider digital trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, compliance, and tech teams to ensure digital activity is aligned, effective and compliant.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach, using experimentation and analytics to refine strategies and execution.
  • Drive operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and maximise results.
  • Ensure consistency, compliance and alignment with brand tone and FCA regulations across all digital outputs.

About You:

  • You bring proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving strong performance across multiple always-on channels.
  • You have solid knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRO, paid social, and digital analytics, ideally from a multi-product or regulated environment.
  • You’re confident using tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager, CRO platforms, and performance dashboards.
  • You’re results-focused while always keeping the customer front and centre.
  • You’re a strong communicator and influencer, able to get the best from agencies and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You’re organised and detail-oriented, keeping projects moving and making improvements that deliver real impact.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and adapt positively to change.
  • You’re a supportive team player who thrives on shared success and brings a can-do attitude to challenges.
