Digital Marketing Executive – McCarthy Stone (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (typically 2 days per week in Watford)

As a confident self‑starter, the Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal part in shaping the online presence of one of the UK's leading retirement living providers. Responsibilities include driving visibility, engagement, and lead generation across digital channels, translating creative ideas into compelling content, and managing large‑scale website performance.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the housebuilding, real estate, or property sector.
  • Hands‑on expertise in SEO, CMS platforms (ideally Sitecore), and web performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Sitemorse, Hotjar, and SEMrush.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices, with a track record of managing large‑scale websites.
  • Collaboration with Brand team to translate ideas into content that supports quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Leading rollout of campaign content across website, ensuring accuracy and impact.
  • Preparing aligned, high‑quality content for email and maintaining consistent digital touchpoints.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Highly analytical, solutions‑oriented, with excellent problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large‑scale websites or intranets.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore) and responsive platform technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
